        My husband was very pleased with Tide Cleaners. He had a robe that needed to be pressed for church and they did a beautiful job. They did the job quickly and they are very nice people.

        Was told our curtains would take less than 5 days after checking in at 6, 8 and 10 days we were told a manager would call us and didn't. Once we called on day 10 they said they would expedite the curtains back to this location after going to their cleaning warehouse. Once they arrived we picked up and it was not until we got home that we found out a small stain from a Crayola marker was not able to be removed from our curtains and brown spots. It's shocking that that is something they weren't able to get out. And we were more frustrated they didn't tell us upon picking up and waiting twice as long as expected. Curtains were not pressed on the bottom and had a large crease across the middle from being on the hanger. Will have to steam them ourselves after paying over $100.

      Thank you for your comments. I do apologize. If you'd like to bring the drape back in, we are happy to retry that stain at no charge. We can use some stronger spotting agents and work more assertively on that stain. Our household items always take at least 5 business days, I apologize that you were not told that. We need to do better and are happy to do so for you. Again my apologies.
