        Needed linens last minute for a condo function, and was able to order and pick them up within 30 minutes! Everyone commented on how cute the decor was. Thank you for your prompt service!

        Horrible customer service! Called to inquire about availability of some Chivari chairs and the rep was snotty and unprofessional about the dates before I even mentioned the date of our event. Was short with me when asking if I was already a customer, and the comment of the lack of availability of ANY chair for ANYTIME soon. I mentioned their website didn't have a lot of information with regards to pricing or cushion colors and she quipped about how she wasn't in charge of the website. At this point, enough was enough, I told her she had a poor attitude and that I'd take my order for 200+ chairs elsewhere. No need to put up with poor service, there's many other vendors looking for our dollars. Pass.
