I took a foam rolling class at Bodysmith Fitness and found it very informative! Brad and the coaches walked through many exercises to prime stretching and better exercise performance, and demonstrated a wide range of tools as well. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness Brad and his coaches showed during the class. They had a lot of awareness of their clients, including injuries that might make certain exercises not advisable in their case. The class felt very personalized even though it was a group training class.

Brad offers a smaller more personal gym atmosphere to get your sweat on! Staff is really friendly as well. I would recommend Bodysmith Fitness!!!

A great gym for people who are serious about their fitness and health. A fun, supporting and encouraging staff who care about your success. A wonderful, upbeat environment which makes working out enjoyable. The Bodysmith has a warm family feel that is inspiring, not intimidating.

Friendly workout atmosphere. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, always going the extra mile for their clients. Offering great personal training. They offer a variety of classes and class times. This is an excellent gym, would recommend it to anyone and all ages.
