The staff is amazing. Most of them have been working here for the entire 15 years I've been coming to the store. They know my name when I come in, they're extremely friendly and they always have time to help me out or answer questions. The same is true when you call, also. And if you need something they don't have in stock there's no problem special ordering, and they also deliver but I'm not sure how large their delivery area is. One little quirk about the store is that they don't carry large inventories. This isn't a criticism, I fully understand the business reasons behind that practice. Just be aware that If you need seven fittings to complete a piping run they may only have two on hand. Or if you need large quantities of material to complete a job, you'll need to plan ahead and order it in advance. One other caveat, this store does not participate in the Ace Rewards program. If you walk in thinking you're going to use those benefits you will be disappointed. The lumber selection is good, but (like any lumber yard) you're going to want to select your own boards. And be aware that they keep banker's hours. Don't swing in the parking lot at 8:30 pm expecting to run in and pick up a faucet rebuild kit. They'll be closed. Speaking of the parking lot, it's small. Plan to park on the street when you shop here, but it's convenient nevertheless. I give this business a five star rating because they work hard to earn your custom and trust.

They have always been easy to work with and usually solve my problems. They went above and beyond. They leased some of their property to help out our company! Thanks Guys!
