        The only full service Marriott I have stayed in that doesnt have a concierge lounge. When asked about it they blame COVID. COVID is over with. Stop the excuses. Another thing $15 bucks for Ice Cream!!!! Are you kidding me? Rooms: Need a refresh. Food & drinks: Way overpriced. Thanks Joe Biden.

        The hotel was average. It was clean. My room refrigerator was broken. So I went to look for an ice machine. Was unsuccessful, I called the front desk. I was told you can only get ice at the front desk for ice. Seriously

        Stayed here while in town for a basketball tournament. Check in was fast and easy. There was also Soccer and golf tournament participants staying, so parking was full. Nice bar areas, but expect to pay hotel prices for a drink...lol. Rooms were clean and tidy. I only had two complaints...sliding door for bathroom would not stay closed, I had to resort to jamming a hand towel underneath to keep it closed. Pillows sucked on the bed. It almost felt like the pillows wore out and thinned out badly during the night. Bed was on the harder side.

        The AC doesnt work half the time because the hotel is so old they can only have it on Heat or Cool. You have no control of your individual room setting and solution was to open the window (doesnt open in our room), or get a fan provided from the front desk if youre a warm sleeper, its definitely not for you

      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your stay. I am sorry to hear you had problems with heating and cooling in the rooms. The hotel has difficulty transitioning from heat to air during periods when the temperature fluctuates significantly. This is due to the type of system that we operate at the hotel. We must choose heat or cooling. I hope that you will give us another chance the next time your trips bring you to Omaha.
