        Very incompetent. Ive had insurance for 50 years and have never seen an agent more incompetent. Every month I would get certified letter for cancellation due to non payment , yet the payments were coming out of my account every month.. Id constantly call about it , to say she would fix it.. then same thing next month. And every time I called for some reason shed need more money. Just found her very oblivious and unaware of how to do business . By far the worst experience with Katie Poole.

        I had Farmers, With Katie She went "Beyond On Agent " with we. She got me insurances, on the home. When i changed cars, She was wirh we. When i got a Leasd a car, and had Full covered, i went to ARRP, less money. But the finance place said " I couldn't use then, ARRP, They didnt pay there bill. Since now, I had a stroke, Kids sold my car, they thought i would died, but I didnt. Now im looking for a car. KATIE was awesome. Michele Langley
