I called 2 times and the Mail box was full And no call back

It took 3+ weeks to know we werent eligible for a policy. We had to be the ones contacting this office because weeks passed and we hadnt heard from this office. Even when the policy holders called. We got insured by another company when the receptionist finally informed us that one of the two policy holders werent eligible because Annette never informed us, even after multiple voicemails. Once we cancelled the ineligible policy holder we received a call from Annette asking why did we cancel, that we werent eligible for Shelter but as agents they do work with third party insurances that we were eligible for and they would have helped us with that option. We expressed that no one ever communicated with us and that the receptionist never informed us when we called to cancel and were only keeping the other policy holder with Shelter. So the whole month we waited for answers and when we were finally told we werent eligible the receptionist nor Annette had the professionalism to keep us in the loop or offer the other options they clearly had. They wanted to put the blame on the old agent instead of owning to their own fault now under her responsibility. Shes probably taken over for two years now or more. Now, they want to make it seem like they are not renewing the only policy left with them because we werent eligible. Maam, how are you going to say youre not renewing it when we cancelled that old policy ourselves and youre using that as an excuse on this letter? Hilarious. Own up to your incompetence. And again Annette herself said they could insure us under a different insurance just not Shelter back when we canceled only one of the policy holders. So why not offer those options with the only policy we had there? Clearly, they did not want to work with us. Probably discrimination. This office lacks professional.
