Something I enjoy most about Bankers Life is the atmosphere of the people I work with everyday. I have never been in an environment where, not only is everybody willing to help you every step of the way, but they also WANT to. These individuals want to see you succeed and help you get there. I have learned, grown as a person, and laughed more in the last year than I did in the three years previously.
I see an incredible amount of opportunity here, not only for growth and success, but more importantly, for life experience. REAL life experience. Sitting in people's homes with them - and talking about the most important things that people have to talk about in life.
This place sets you on a path. It is not for everybody; in fact, it is only for the few people who are willing to do the things that most people do not want to do. It's an opportunity that most people may not find themselves in throughout the course of their life.

Don't let the reviews fool ya. Majority of them are from people who work at the company. Also if you are trying to get a job good luck the veteran there only care for themselves and only help if you have something for them to gain as well. Unless you have a great support system behind you and willing to grind it out for 2 years then good luck!
