        Focus Respiratory's incompetence is exceeded only by its rudeness. Not only did they screw up my order, but when I phoned to get the right items, they called me a lair, insisting that they had sent me the right items and that I was wrong. #Schweinehunde

        Find a different provider. I'm going to before my next need for their so called service. Talked to 3 people. Got 3 different answers. They constantly interrupt with "I'm so sorry". Actions speak louder than words. Within 5 mins of phone call which wasted more than 30 mins of my day they called back to tell m I need to come in. I don't drive so this is a huge inconvenience for me. Don't even bother with them. Horrible customer service!!

        When you walk in their office you become invisible. There are people working ,they walk by you ,,,but yet to be asked if I can be helped. The manager is rude and very "important", just ask her.
