        Tea shop that will not sell me hot tea. They've got hot water and tea for sale. Matcha was worst I've ever had.

      Really sorry that we were not able to serve you a Hot tea, good news is that we have added hot tea in our menu, we have some flavors that are unique and more traditional. The Matcha currently we have is a tradional one that can be little different for some customers, so we are planning to introduce more light flavored Matcha together with the original one. We also issued a full refund for your order, please come back and try our new hot tea options.Can you please reconsider us to get a 5 star review ?
