Trina was unbelievable. Went above and beyond to get my home ready for sale. A lot of perks when you work with her. Things that arent in her job description that she willingly does out of the kindness of her heart. Shes truly the best realtor in Omaha.

I was very pleased with the results achieved using Trina Leech. She provided excellent advice and much hard work helping to update/prepare the house for sale, establish a competitive sale price, and stage and show the house. She is easy to work with and gained my confidence and trust early on. I highly recommend her.

We prepared our house to be sold and after listing, it ended up not being the right decision, as our circumstance had changed. As soon as we spoke to Trina to cancel it, we were met with tears and hung up on, it was blamed on cell service. Then when it came to signing the paperwork, her and her manager used unethical legality tactics and conned us as if it was a 'deal' to only pay thousands of dollars to cancel. Long story short, there are so many good natured realtors out there who will stand by you when choosing to do what is right for you and your children. Trina and/or BHHS were not that for us. **Edit** We decided to remain living in our home for years to come. It was after we gave the check that I was put in contact with multiple other realtors who advised this process was unethical. I reached out asking if Trina could see it in her heart to consider resolving this in a capacity that didn't zero out our savings and that regardless the outcome I will let others know our experience. We were asked to refer anyone we know, so I am leaving a review. **We had one stipulation for offers and that was no investor offers. If we did sell, it was to be for folks who wanted to live there and make it a home too. No one else ever approached us about our home, but if anyone is interested, it's not available.
