        Very unorganized racist and poor judgement I wouldn't recommend no one to work for this company they treat the individual very poorly DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONES TO ILC !!

        I recently left the organization from a management role there. That said, I never had any complaints about their care to developmentally disabled individuals. I loved the work they did and honestly, every one of the staff (especially at the Millard location) are saints. They are there because they love the people they support and they just want to help them lead fulfilled lives. I have a three year old with developmental disabilities, and if they're still around when she's an adult, they'll be the first place I look to.
