Went in to have my iPhone 12 ear piece speaker replaced/repaired. Price seemed fair, but I was devastated when I returned to find out that face recognition will never work again on my phone! Seems like a big thing you should probably make customers aware of BEFORE the repair. He told me that it is their normal business practice to inform customer of this before they begin this repair service. He offered to undo the repair and the gave me 2 coupons for 10% off my next service. Repair is functional but I will not be back.

I came in here 3 times already for my phone screen repair. Second time I tried addressing my complaints and they were dismissed. 3rd time I came in with my sister and the guy helping us couldnt really understand my issue and suggested it was my camera. My camera works fine front and the back camera. After researching I figure out the problem is True Tone. Every dark screen content I come upon is all pixelated or grainy. There would have been less issues going to Apple instead.

Came in this morning and worked with Tanner. My phone screen suddenly stopped working. Tanner was able to walk me through my options and help me get this issue corrected. In and out within 20 minutes with a fixed phone. I will be coming back for all my phone issues moving forward
