Jeremy and his team were absolutely amazing to work with! Not once did I feel stressed about what was needed to complete the buying process. Jeremy, Allie and Chelsey are the nicest people and they are on top of their game. They made the process so easy for me and we were done with a couple weeks to spare before closing. Jeremy is great! If I could give 10 stars I would. He is super knowledgeable in his field! In addition, extremely personable and trust worthy. Hes made a great reputation for himself and his services he offers. He has consistent dedication to those he works with! If you are looking for assistance with a home loan, take my advice and use Jeremy to make the process as smooth as possible.

I definitely recommend Jeremy and his team. Their mortgage team helped my parents during a time when mortgage rates were constantly changing and it seemed like a really complicated time to go through the process. But Jeremy is so knowledgeable and professional, and he simplified the process and made everything so easy. Really appreciate the time his team took to listen to our concerns and answer questions. Wilhelm Mortgage has handled two mortgages for me, and a refinance, as well as both my my sister-in-law's mortgages. They were super professional, prompt, and efficient. my wife and I had complex application process due to my self employed status, and Wilhelm Mortgage dealt with it with ease.
