Ryan and team were great to work with. Ryan was very responsive and able to get a pre-approval extremely fast, within an hour of being contacted. Very helpful since a home that I wanted to look at came up very quick in the listings and I didn't yet have a pre-approval. He was also really great about taking extra time with me to explain things on the questions that I had on the loan. He was also great about keeping things on track for our closing date, reminding me of deadlines and being sure to clarify any outstanding questions with me while the loan was in the underwriting stage. I really appreciated Ryan's proactiveness, responsiveness, patience, and knowledge/expertise of the mortgage loan process. I felt like I was in great hands all the way up through closing, as well as questions that came up that I had after closing. Thank you Ryan and team!

Ryan Larsen was good and helped us understand the financial part of house buying. Since we are first home buyers, he available on call or through text messages and answered all of our questions related to mortgage. He also helped us secure our First home buying assistance which helped in the downpayment and closing cost of the house. He also acted as a financial advisor and gave helpful suggestions on how to improve the credit score which we would benefit on the long run. All-in-all I would recommend Ryan Larsen from Regent Mortgage for any help on housing finances.
