        After renting for 18 months and spending $30k in rent they won't send me my deposit back. They blame it on Covid and a slow USPS. It's been 21 days since my move out confirmation and still haven't received my deposit back. Several of their employees will speak to you as if you're one of their kids, condescending and will speak down to you. They have a ton of rules, but they only enforce them with certain tenants, other tenants are allowed to break those rules. Their "security" entrance is broken a lot. It was out of order for at least 55 days out of the 18 months I was there. Anyone could enter and leave during those times, not much for security but they sure do charge you a premium for it being a "secure" property. Shady business practices, questionable business ethics, unreliable, and full of half truths, I would find somewhere else to store your things.
