        I called 4 times. Told them I was coming. Waited by the back door for someone to help me. The 2nd 4th time calling the back door no one still answered. Granted it is the holidays but still no one that I talked to seemed to know what was going on. My suspicion is that they only care about regular pick up service and not the 1 time customer like me.

        ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Not only do they charge more than their competitors, they have you sign an "auto" renewal that locks you into service for 5 years!!! 5 years for a service!!!! Beware!!!! NEVER USE THEM!!!

        Park in front of my door when my business is not the one being rendered services...time and time again. Response to your reply....I have tried that....asking for a Manager is like asking for the winning lottery #'s.

        HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! Do yourself a favor and just call your local facility to arrange service. Do NOT call the general customer service line. I ended up canceling my one time residential pick up and just taking my paperwork to a free shred clinic at our local credit union. Their loss, as I still used their company, but got it done for free and not the nearly $200 quote!
