        We have had a great experience with Relax Pools! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for an amazing custom pool. *** edited my review from 2 years prior. $110 increase in costs for pool closing from just last year.

        Great company but its run by an even greater people. They care about their community and giving back, and produce excellent pools. I cant recommend them enough!

        I would not recommend this company to anyone. Not professional, workers smell like alcohol, save yourself some money and use another pool company in Omaha Service: General repairs & maintenance

      Hey Jill, It pains me that you were dissatisfied with the services associated with your closing invoice. In our submission forms we communicated the changes in fees associated with pool closings. The driving surcharge is what mainly impacted your invoice. We had to streamline our estimating/invoicing process because we can't charge the same for clients that live 5 minutes away verse clients that are substantially farther. I feel the new driving surcharge fairly makes up for the discrepancy. That being said, your satisfaction means more to me so I'm wiling to discount the driving surcharge on this invoice.       Hey there, I looked on our company CRM and can’t find a Seth Bulls as a client or persecutive client. I personally have been sober from alcohol for 7 years and I enforce a strict drug and alcohol policy. If one of my tech’s is suspected of drinking please contact me personally at 402-515-1845 as I’ll need to handle it immediately. I truly strive for the best customer experience possible and it upsets me greatly when customers have a bad experience with us.
