image Just called recruiting to inquire what yall are paying for OTR drivers with 4+ years of industry experience, .49cpm isnt even worth my time or the time that we as drivers spend away from their families. Some of yalls biggest and most immediate competitors are paying .60cpm or more. Wild.

image Mr, Tim Brad
I hadn't been home for the holidays. I was running a recap trying to make a decent check. Instead I got a load going 200 miles away. Tim says take the load or go "park the truck" via tablet. I only had about 19/-70 hrs at the time. As if he couldn't have DH me home. At the time I was about 3 hrs away from home. Occasionally I would reset OTR but got to the terminal and he fired me. Said that he "accepts my resignation".
I immediately rescinded the said "resignation". ( It wasn't recorded as a rescind it was termination per D.O.L )
He continues to say I refused a load. I had never in my career refused a load. When I asked to verify that I had, he refused and said he didn't have time to go back and look. Usually one would have that information on hand in that type of setting.
He would call me complaining about other drivers refusing loads and other things that other people were doing. He talked really bad about the Hispanic safety lady that was helping us after I got hit. We were on a 3way call once with Steven , He talked so bad about her calling the shots.
I think the basis he used to terminate me were the loads taken from me and that's how I think he justified his claims.
Many times this would happen he would change loads and I get that it's a functional part of logistics. However his responsibilities were too heavy and it backfired on me. He's had other complaints. And maybe the mandate was to downsize ! Who knows! I don't get how a person that says " I drove for 34 years" turns his back on a driver. I'm not saying I was a saint but I certainly didn't do things to end my career. Like one time he screenshot a message conversation of us to safety and said that was I was driving while on the phone.remind you that all conversations are to be via tablet and we use A.I these days. I showed safety my Google coordinates to disprove his sneaky tactics and Yes I parked to respond but I certainly did not drive while on the phone as he stated. My coordinates showed that fact.
I called Brad at that time over and over with no answer nor response. Little does this young man know Tim is out for Brad's job also. He throws you under the bus upon opportunity. He even called me one day and said " I thought I gonna have to put you on my list"
I didn't respond to that because I'm very familiar with phone etiquettes due to management skills, but I knew what list he was referring to. ( His S.H.T list) Which confirms why I think his actions were biased. Like! why would you have a list of certain people. He has to much authority to be abusive in that way
Yes I was damaged by this matter. Working for Wernur _was a life long dream I had, I really wanted my million plus miles on a plaque. I had great reviews as a trainer.
I monitored my pay for that year and prior to his onboarding. I found that the current year I had made 10k less than the previous year. I was always begging for miles. The miles he promised I never got. The team we had before him was THE BEST at planning. I done recoveries for the team, favors to no avail. Got a write- up for not answering my phone, when via tablet I told everyone my phone was imoperable. Lol,yeah that was another reason he used against me, I couldn't believe it!. I stayed in AL 90% of the time for a year. He even told me a driver was getting 1600 miles or 2k a week however he was doing that idk but to me it shows favoritism.
When I did those recoveries I didn't get paid much at all. So I had to borrow against the trips already completed and ended up paying all that borrowed money back from the work I done -Taxed. Which put me in a financial decline.
I guess Tim thinks he did me a favor or something. Ever since I got the bare minimum pay for recoveries and less miles since he joined us ,I was under So much stress I was forgetting to submit my work.
YES: I've asked for another FM.
YES:I have asked for another acct.
YES: I emailed the supervisor
Since I have moved on but forever smitten by unjust acts of unprofessionalism by a slimy " veteran driver"
