We knew when we were building our new home that we definitely wanted to invest in a water softener and home water filter. We met with Clean Water Guys a few years back, but we knew we were likely going to sell our house so we ended up renting a water softener from a competitor. We were so impressed with the customer service at Clean Water Guys we knew, without a doubt, when it came to formally PURCHASING a water softener, we would go with Clean Water Guys. Rory came out personally to our new home to check out our plumbing and provide a quote (even with a first responder discount for my nurse wife!) He did not try to sell us something that did not meet our needs and gave an honest recommendation for the size of our home and number of people. They came the very next morning after we closed and we are SO happy with the quality of product. Not to mention, they truly treat you like family. Thanks Rory and team!

Wasn't sure what to expect and were we pleasantly surprised! The team was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, showed up when promised and installed everything (water softener, whole house water filter & reverse osmosis system) quickly. The lead installer went over the entire system and because we didn't have a working refrigerator, offered to come back out after our new fridge is delivered to make sure everything was working properly! Don't go anywhere else--go to The Clean Water Guys!!!
