We moved into Axis a few weeks ago and I love living here! Our unit is spacious and clean and the staff have been very responsive any time I have needed help with anything. Our neighbors are all friendly and I feel very safe and comfortable here. Thank you Bailey and the maintenance crew and everyone else on the Axis team! Update 11/15/23 - lost my garage door opener while walking my dog and another tenant turned it in to the office! Truly a great community and the Axis staff are awesome! Thank you Anthony and Jocelyn!

Oh man.. where do I start... My husband and I are current residents of Axis. We rented the largest two bedroom and two bath for the brand new townhomes. First let me say that Anthony, Jocelyn and Nabil are very pleasant and helpful managers but I feel like they have too much on their plate and cant get the appropriate help they need to accommodate such a large complex. For starters, my at the time fianc and I were stoked to get a new townhouse in such a wonderful area (I'm going to try and make this short and sweet cause I have a lot to say). We were given a tentative date to move because of the new build which was understandable. We only heard from management once about changing our tentative move in date. And I get it... things get set back with new builds. My finance and I tried to call the office multiple times within a three month waiting period to get an update about our unit, were were never able to get in contact with anyone, so we would have to go in personally, which is a little ridiculous. Move in date was finally here after our tentative date was pushed back twice, we were excited ready to start a new chapter together with our newborn. After getting to the complex with our moving truck, and paid staff to help us move in, we were told that our place wasn't ready. LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Why couldn't they tell us before the day we move in...Nebraska furniture mart was coming the same day to set up and deliver new furniture and we had to pay both movers, staff and NFM another fee to help us move into the top floor our of 2B2B townhouse. We are offered to stay in stay in the model one bedroom on the second floor, which was nice but also a disaster. We moved in there for about a week. Again running into more problems. No hot water, the washer and dryer weren't connected and apparently the pipes weren't connected either cause the man who lived on the first floor came up to our unit and told us that his garage was flooding causing damage to his vehicle. Then the heat stopped working mid summer while our son had contracted a serious case of RSV. Fast forward... we finally moved into our place about a week and a half later. There were many flaws but we were exhausted and happy to finally move into our place with our sick son. Two months go by months go by and I wake up to hearing water dripping on to my brand new rug, great we have leaking ceiling in three spots. That took about two weeks to get fixed and the ceiling has yet to be repaired, an eye sore we've been tolerating for two years this August. It's always a challenge to get macitence to fix anything. The dog poop bins are always overflowing. There's dog poop everywhere you step so stay on the side walks. Parking is garbage. You will have to park on the side of the street where my car has already been wrecked twice. At least one person claimed some accountability to the accident with a lovely IOU letter on my windshield cause they Don't have car insurance. Everyone parks like a fool cause the parking lines have disappeared. Another problem arose four months ago. My husband and I share the master bathroom. The shower has no floor support. You feel the shower floor moving beneath your feet as you bathe. Finally it gave way and created a huge crack which took months to fix. Finally it was "fixed", only for it to crack two days later when we used the shower again because the guy just painted over tape to fix the issue. Still waiting for that to be fixed. My main reasoning for posting this review now because I am so sick of our breaker going out. That was it for me. We have been dealing with this multiple times a week since we have been living here and ive had it. The breaker system is garbage, whoever built this place, GARBAGE. I cant even use the outlet downstairs to vacuum my stairs without the stairway light being on. Pathetic... Oh and they just raised our rent $100. What a slap in the face. Don't bother calling Lundco either. I called and emailed them personally about all of these issues and no reply. Positive feedback, the staff is nice :-D

I lived here for 26 months, from Spring 2021- Summer 2023. This will be long, but comprehensive. Parking: after 7 is slim pickings. Ive had to park on the hill before due to lack of parking. Ive also been towed before. Forewarning, they tow your vehicle to north Omaha, and that company is terrible, and only accepts cash. Common Areas: a lower quality of people live here due to the price, and because of this they throw trash on the floor and itll stay there for days/weeks. Theres literally no pride in keeping their home clean. Ive seen gum stuck to the pipes in the halls go unnoticed for 3+ months. Pets: A ton of dogs here. I had a dog myself, but be prepared for barking, a lot of dog poop on the grounds, and the cleanup stations rarely get the bags changed so its overflowing with poop. Some owners are trash and dont clean up after their pets when they puke and poop in the halls and Ive come across both multiple times. They have a dog park the size of 2 parking spaces, its honestly a joke and is usually flooded by the sprinklers. Drainage: this place was designed so poorly that theres multiple areas that flood when it rains, when snow melts, and when they run the sprinklers in the AM. These are areas that youre required to walk through, so you will get your shoes soaked. We had to walk through the mulch by the building basically the whole time we lived there. Mailroom: the mailroom can get loaded with packages and Ive had packages stolen or lost there before. They have a locker system but it fills fast with all the people living there. Its crazy around Black Friday/prime day. Maintenance: its hit and miss. Ive had to wait 2 weeks for a washer repair before, which was frustrating to say the least. We also had an issue with a crack in the floor of the shower that just got repaired with caulk and kept reopening, when the shower shouldve been replaced. Their knowledge is limited so they have to call repair people in and that will take even longer. I was told their maintenance orders were on a first come first served list and not on an urgency basis. The fact that a work order for a water leak in the shower took over 2 weeks to address was honestly appalling. I had to message the manager at the time and she was surprised it hadnt been answered. Office Staff: they have since hired new people since I left, but while I was there emails rarely got answered, phone calls got ignored, it was like pulling teeth to talk to anyone about any issue youre having. We eventually learned to just catch them in person. Craftsmanship: Our apartment was brand new when we moved in. There was a gap in the dry wall under the main window, kitchen cabinets that had nails showing due to it being crooked, our countertops werent sealed so they stain, and the LVP flooring was installed so poorly that there were gaps in all the planks when they shouldve been installed together tightly. They took shortcuts building these units thats for certain. Oh, & when we moved in the brand new fridge was flooded and there was a terrible brown stain on the counter. When we moved in we were promised a unit with the two-tone cabinets, facing the pool. I got the keys to a unit facing the parking lot with all brown cabinets (in hindsight the brown cabinets are better quality than the two toned ones). When I made an appointment to pick up the keys the manager ghosted me and didnt return my calls until I contacted their main Lund office. I hope the new staffing has resolved these kind of issues. Amenities: You have to pay a hefty deposit and fee to reserve the rec area for a party/etc. This is complimentary (and should be) at most complexes. The resort style pool is 3.5 ft deep. Yep. Thats it. And is so small it could realistically have about 15 people in it, standing, comfortably without touching -As long as they dont move (haha). They have two grills for the whole complex. They are located inside the pool side by side. Not great if you want to use them in the off months when the pool is closed for the season.
