They sold my neighbor and I the exact same lights and didnt even let us know until after they were installed. Who in the world wants to pay for lights that are exactly the same as their neighbors? This company could careless and is only worried about the sale. I would absolutely look else where. Now I spent a ton of money just to look exactly like my neighbor. - and they could careless.

Hi Chad. Unfortunately, you must have us confused with someone else. But you sound like we would be a great fit for you! With our lighting packages, the color(s) and pattern can be switched out year after year for no additional cost. We have many customers who take full advantage of that benefit and change their display each year. We don't sell you the lights and have you locked in on only those. I will say though, I will not tell a customer they can't put the same lights on as their neighbor. If we happen to have both jobs, we communicate what each job is doing beforehand. But ultimately it is up to each homeowner to decide what they want. I would recommend other ideas or changes. We haven't had one set of neighbors do the same in all our years in business. We used this company last year for Christmas lights and it was great! Unfortunately, this year has been the opposite. When we set up last year's lights, they mentioned that next year they would already have our lights cut to length and stored away for the following year so we would receive a discount for the next year. That sounded great, I waited until the first week of December to hear from them as I understand this is a busy time of year for them however, I heard nothing. I have called multiple times with no answer as well as multiple emails and texts again with no answer. I am now unable to find another company this late in the year to help with our lights so unfortunately, we will be without them until we can find a new company for next year.

I reached out to this company for a holiday lighting quote and they were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. They were able to have someone drive to my home, take a photo and send a quote incredibly fast. I'm very impressed with the responsiveness with this company. They even responded to emails past business hours. I personally don't like working past quitting time but as a customer is was nice to have a discussion with my wife the same day as the quote came in. I'd recommend this company and applaud their commitment to our community.
