Absolutely fantastic!! I called in the morning, and the plumber was out at my house that afternoon. He came in and fixed the drain in 15 minutes!!

Very pleased with every aspect from initial response, availability, and prompt arrival to execution and follow through. When out drain tech, Kevin, came out and realized our line was clear but the sewer drain was backed up, he went above and beyond and found backed up lines in the street. He turned what was a constant flow of backup into next level action by contacting the city himself and waited for their arrival. He sought the whole thing through and is a service hero. I would recommend this company to my mother or anyone in need. Service: Drain cleaning

Royal Rooter has been amazing to work with! We had our basement flood and Royal Rooter came to help in no time! Kevin came with the equipment that we asked for and he was a great help.
