Weve worked with Ethan for quite a long time to find a new home. When we finally found one Ethan came to our home walked around with us for about an hour and talked us through everything we needed to do to sell our house. He was quick to respond when we had questions. We spent the next few weeks working hard to get these tasks accomplished. When we did we let Ethan know were ready to go. It took no time and we were getting pictures done and the next day Ethan had it listed. He told us to be patient and well get through this. 3 days later well be putting SOLD on the Better Homes and Gardens sign in our yard. Thank you so much Ethan. Youre the best!

He and his team went over and beyond to show us homes took into account our needs, and found us our dream home in a short amount of time.. We moved from Virginia to Omaha, NE for a speedy relocation for my new job. We had 8 weeks to get to Nebraska, and I was overwhelmed at the idea of buying a house site unseen. Our situation didn't allow me to travel to Nebraska to view a home and the market was competitive. Thankfully, we had Ethan! We did video chat showings from Virginia and opted for a new build due to the market. He helped us through the whole process. When we had a hiccup at the last minute with our final appraisal, he went all in to make sure we closed on time. Overall, I really recommend Ethan. He's an honest, friendly, straightforward person and that can be hard to find. When we were looking at homes, he was sure to point out areas of concern that others may have overlooked.
