        People were calling out their ss numbers across the room. My tax preparer was loudly chastised by her supervisor over the phone. My tax preparer did not inform me that I needed to contact them when I received my return so they could process the previous years return. When I contacted them (could finally reach someone) they told me I had an additional fee that I would have to pay because my preparer did not include it in the original fees.
