        My almost new (424 miles) Ram 1500 got a check engine light and charging system error. I bought my truck in Bellevue, but they said they were 3 months out in the repair shop, so I got in touch with Gregg Young Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Plattsmouth and spoke with Jesse Gibson. They too are seriously backlogged, but Jesse said he would take a look at it as soon as he could. Found out that the Alternator was bad, got the part in, and got it fixed! I brought my truck in on Monday, got it back on Thursday. I can live with that normally, but taking into account being backed up, that is fantastic! Here is what is important to me. COMMUNICATIONS!! He kept us up to date via text so I didn't have to call to get an update. Thank you Jesse!
