        The person who took my order was polite but not very reliable. I asked for a whopper without onions and jalapeos, they repeated it back, so I thought it was clear I did not want those items on my food. They ended up throwing extra jalapeos on the sandwich. What makes it worse is that I was the only person there, if they were busy I could understand the mistake but it was just pure laziness.
