        If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never dealt with such rudeness from both of the women in this department. After reading these reviewsIm shocked the city is not doing anything to deal with their unnecessary attitudes. If I ever treated anyone the way these women act, I would have certainly been firedand deserved it. These women, obviously, hate their jobs and need to find a position that does not deal with the public PERIOD.

        Well this is a group of employees who oddly seem to be simultaneously just awful, unprofessional, rude, uneducated, joke. Normally at any company there's at least one with customer service skills , manors and common decency and at least a 5th grade education. But nope not here.
