        Area is great. Management is horrible I had many problems that were never resolved. I had leaks and floods that were never fixed. Walls are so thin I can hear someone scratching their head. Too much to write about , highly dont recommend

        Office makes the rules as they want, poor communication between local and corporate's office located somewhere in Texas. You get hit with so many fees, late fees, administration fees, trash fee - they don't even pick up trash most of the time- and not to mention rent going higher and higher every year. Property looks trashy all the time, leaks that doesn't gets fix growing mold, laundry area stinks and dirty. "Cheap" and easy to get in but living hell when trying to get out of contract without hurting your credit. Save yourself headaches and know what you are getting yourself into ahead of time. Ask about those "AMENITIES" fee and ask about renewal pricing ahead of time otherwise consider living here short term, not so good of a place for long term living. Location is great but management is very unprofessional.
