Pinnacle Bank

Our experience was less than ok. They said they would cash a check, wrote on it, and then refused to cash it when they saw the check was from a particular bank (that should be the first thing they check before agreeing to taking the check if that is, indeed, their policy), making the check not cashable anywhere since it was then altered. Please be aware that if they take a check and write on it, they are committed to cashing it at that point and may not hand it back to you to cash elsewhere. No one will take an altered check. Please hold them accountable for this and make sure they follow through on the commitment. This is not an ok experience. Definitely not the way banking should be.

I love this bank:) The manager Stephanie is the best. She always is so sweet and willing to jump right in and help. I am so glad we started banking here and I so do appreciate all the help they are willing to just jump right in, and do, in a timely matter, for me:) I have heart issues and Stephanie knows that about me and always comes over and says hi, and checks on me, if she sees me going through the drive through. Like I said, really awesome gal and the staff there is always so friendly as well. Thanks for all the hard work you do guys and thanks for caring for me and my health. The staff as a whole, AWESOME !

You're better off putting your money under your mattress. I like the staff here but their banking practices are not serviced toward helping out people who bank with them.
