Coming back on here to edit a review. I do not recommend this company due to their lack of quality in product and customer service. Had these guys come out to clean our basement carpet that had several pet stains. Carpet is less than a year old. They came out, took a look, said they could treat and clean it no problem. They were here maybe 30-45 minutes cleaning after letting their treatment sit for about 15 minutes or so. Techs were very nice, i will give them that. Carpet looked and smelled great when they left and I was happy. As it began to dry, we started having a very fowl odor in the basement and throughout the home that was not there prior to their cleaning. Like I said before, the carpet had some pet stains. And whatever they did made the smell 10x worse as it dried. I contacted them, and they responded saying sorry no guarantee that they can remove stains 100%, and that their tech told me that they cannot guarantee that. They did not say that, and they did not have many of the conversations the person I spoke with stated they had with me. I can live with not completely removing a stain, but not making my whole house wreak of some god-awful smell. After some back and fourth for a day or so, they completely ghosted me, and offered me no solutions or possible ways forward. Did not even offer to come back and try again. Just, I am so sorry I am very displeased with this company. And after further research, using steam to clean pet stains is not the proper way to remove *PET *odor and stains. We have now had several other carpet companies tell us this, and you can google it. Thanks for wasting my time and money, and frankly going against all of the claims you post in your ads online. I have had to spend more time and money to hire a real professional. If you do not know how to properly perform a task, then do not charge people to ruin their homes.

Nick Holder was outstanding! Not only was his customer service and politeness, very much appreciated, but his skills and results were amazing. Our carpet never looked so good.!!!
