Ocb plumbings driver is all over the road. Texting and driving. Literally saw him looking down with phone in hand. Too lazy to use turn signals. Clearly doesn't care about anyone's safety. I would never hire someone that is too lazy to use a turn signal. What do you think they will do with your plumbing. Cut more corners. No excuse.

This company came highly recommended. The owner, Chris answered the phone first thing in the morning. Nathan and Johnny were out here within an hour. They got the job done fast, efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. They were affordable and didnt try to push up sales on me. They told me what I would need to do to maintain this from happening again. I will most definitely be using them again. Absolutely five star service!

These fellas came out to replace the entire shower valve/pipes in my apartment unit. Seth and his brother did an excellent job, great pipework and accurate mounting. Funny dudes to chat with too.

Huge thank you to all of the wonderful staff at OCB!! Early Sunday morning the water pipes leading into our house from the water main froze and we were in a bit of a panic. We called another plumbing service and their waiting list was over 24 hours long, if not longer. We then called OCB, they also had a list but not as long of a wait so they put us on their list, and said they would keep in touch and get to us as soon as possible. They also provided steps on what we needed to do to reduce the chances of any pipes bursting. They told us to first turn off the water main into the house and then open all of our lower cabinet doors, turn the faucets on just a little and use space heaters to try to thaw any icy pipes under our sinks. They contacted us throughout the day to check in and asked us after a bit, to turn the water main on again to see if the space heaters had been successful in getting the water going again. As that had not worked, they came out when our turn came and within two hours had located the frozen pipe and had it unfrozen before anything could burst. Life was good again. The next day the pipes that go to our laundry room froze. As the laundry room water pipes were on a different wall than the water main pipe that had previously frozen, we knew we had a whole NEW issue-thanks to Mother Nature. We knew exactly who to call! OCB came out within 12 hours and had the laundry room pipes unfrozen, and running within about 30 minutes! These guys are heroes! They are working up to 15-20 hours a day to get to as many homes as possible as quickly as possible! Chris kept in touch with us to make we were ok and also made sure to let us know that, since this cold spell is expected to last several more days, we should continue to keep cabinet doors open, and the water in every fountain in the house, at a slow trickle to keep this from happening again until Mother Nature finally lets up on us. Considering what the cost of burst pipes could have been, we are so very grateful for your advice and the excellent service provided! You truly saved us from what could have been a real disaster! We appreciate you and your team so much!! Who knew I would ever be so happy to do laundry..
