I had purchased a battery in summer of 2022 I had also purchased the three year warranty with the battery I went in yesterday because the battery was dying, after spending over an hour waiting for the battery to charge they told me it was a "Bad Battery" and it was eligible to be replaced. We could not find our receipt so they would not replace it. This in itself was very disappointing but I don't expect many people to hold on to a receipt for over 2 years but I understand the most disappointing thing was that all the employees were sitting there giving me dirty looks because I was upset about this and that they were cussing and joking in front of customers the entire time in a very unprofessional manner I was able to take my battery core and turn it into another local shop and receive a battery for less than half of what they were asking for a brand new battery even though I did purchase the three-year warranty and guarantee this goes to show you how much this AutoZone is willing to work with its customers it's safe to say that I will never be returning to this AutoZone for any of my mechanical parts needs nor will I recommend AutoZone to anybody over this
