        My grandmother lives here. There was a mouse in her room and the facility director, Sarah, told her that they couldnt do anything about it since it was after hours. My grandmother was understandably afraid to sleep in her room overnight. They did not provide her with any options on where else to stay, she had to call a family member to come pick her up so she could stay with them for the night. For a place that charges thousands of dollars a month for a studio apt, I am very disappointed in the directors inability to take action or accountability for their poor leadership and lack of resources.
