We used Best to repair some commercial toaster ovens, but next time we'll just do it ourselves. We were initially quoted a week and a half to finish the job and a cost of around $1500. When all was said and done, it was over 2 months before we got both of our toaster ovens back and the cost was close to $2300. Furthermore, within a month of putting them back in, both toaster ovens have broken or begun to break down again. That's not even getting into having to call them repeatedly just to see when and if our ovens would be fixed, just very poor communication. In short, Best was way behind schedule, over budget, and the appliances they "fixed" were both broken within a month of reinstalling them. We will not be using Best for any of our jobs in the future.

Every time I have had some one come out from best I was always treated professionally, they always explained things in ways I can understand.
