        I gave 2 stars because they give amazing haircuts. They are really nice girls and take their time with customers. The shop is beautiful. My score is low because I went for a balayage. After a month and a half it is still completely damaged. It was severely over processed. I was there 6.5 hours and had bleach on my hair far too long. I brought pictures of what I wanted but didn't get it at all. She did offer to fix it but my hair was so fried I couldn't dare go back. It's still extremely dry and brittle and won't even hold a curl. I paid 285$ for my long hair to be ruined. Update...Christmas eve...my hair is still ruined to where I am considering cutting it all off. It's a knotted mess when I get out of the shower. No one should have bleach on their head for 4 hours.theyve done nothing to rectify and my hair is terrible. Services: Haircut, Balayage
