        I like most of the people there. But ever since its became part of a larger bank the systems are not good. The loan process is like pulling teeth. Then My wife went to close our account. Ya they wouldnt just give her the cash in my account, or just give her a check for the cash so I can take it to the new bank! They have to mail it! So now Im screwed! All I have is the cash in my pocket for at least 24-48 hours, and I cant get paid from my work because they switched to direct deposit only and I cant get an account because Im waiting for MY money! Whats the point of even being a bank if you dont have 3k in cash or the ability to give me some sort of check in person?
