This place was a life saver! We pulled in and due to inclement weather there was no staff present. But they gave us a way to sign in and we were able to spend the night! We could hear the train but it wasnt loud enough to keep us awake. Not a new place but it was clean and when the staff came in morning they were friendly and very helpful!

I reserved a room 24 hours ahead of time, and yet when I arrived at 11pm the following day no one was at the reception besides a piece of paper with "No Vacancy" written on it. Called and waited for 45 minutes but no one showed up. After driving for over 13 hours from Illinois and making a reservation 24 hours ahead of time, this is as poor of a service it can get. Also, beware that a train will pass every 15 minutes sounding horns 200 ft from the hotel.
