    I would like to know how to get a hold of this company. We had automatic payments set up for my inlaws and the company has shut down, but continue taking our monthly payment which has now turned into a circus with our bank. Can anyone provide information on who / how to contact the owner?

    We have been having issues more and more recently with our internet going out for 3 days at a time (resetting the router multiple times on different days did nothing to help). It will just randomly boot and won't reconnect until it decides enough time has passed? In the last month this has happened 3 different times. We check the invoice, any written mail we have recieved from them, and there are two phone numbers (one was the old number from a year or better ago) - both of which come back as being disconnected. We have tried messaging them on the BNT broadband portal, and have heard nothing back in the last couple of weeks. We stopped by their office and no one was there. Granted it was 4:30 on a Friday, but their hours are not listed on the business, nor was a phone number, and we saw a note from another customer looking for someone to contact them about their internet being out. I normally don't like to leave bad reviews. However, we have no way of contacting the company at all. It greatly affects those of us that work out of our home and need a reliable internet source.

    A 1 star review is being very generous. Can't get a hold of anyone, their phone numbers are no longer in service. Internet keeps dropping for days at a time. I'm willing to bet it'll be a solid 6 months before a real human reaches out to ask why we haven't paid our bill.

    Really? The only 2 reviews are from the owner and secretary. They changed their names to BNT companies since their reviews were so bad. It took them 26 days to fix my Internet service, since then it only works half the time. Barely ever answer their phone and when they do you never get any answers. Highly recommend looking for another Internet provider
