AMAZING! This is truly a one of a kind restaurant in the Omaha area. My friend and I were wowed from the Brussel sprout starters to the Bison filet. YUM! All while enjoying the sunset bouncing off the lake while we enjoyed our dinner. I can't wait to come back for brunch and better yet for the summer season I know you will find me on that patio.

Tried this as a celebration for a new job and it blew me away! Our server Abby was so nice and personable and explained the restaurant and story and menu wonderfully. The drinks were mixed deliciously and the food was some of the best food ive had in the Omaha area. Chef/Cook Greg is fantastic and im glad he got to come say hi to us at our table. Him explaining how wonderful this place is behind the scenes really made me excited to support it. Thank you for a wonderful experience with food and service.

We went to Salted Edge for their first weekend of brunch and it was delicious! My fiance got the fabulous French toast and I got a very flavorful short rib huevos rancheros. Eggs were cooked perfectly and the tortilla was crispy but still easy to cut through. Our server was attentive and friendly, very happy with her. I was so excited to come here for the view though. It was very nice to have a view of the water here in Nebraska, and the restaurant itself was so beautiful. I will definitely be returning for dinner service!

The atmosphere (other than the uncomfortable chairs) is great! Beautiful building, by a lake... heck even the bathrooms are beautiful. We ordered a couple appetizers which were very good. The bread board is delicious although I'm not sure how I was going to have any appetite left after that. :) For our main course, my husband and I decided to share their HAWAIIAN WHISKEY PRIME RIBEYE. We ordered it medium rare and it came out very rare. We asked if it could be cooked a bit longer. They took it and in about 10 minutes came back with it. It seemed to be cooked the same amount and the temperature was maybe room temp, which made me question whether they actually cooked it further. Since our table was basically done eating we ate most of it and called it a day. I was a bit surprised there was no discount on our ticket. We paid our $300 bill (for 3 people) and left. For the amount of money everything costs, I'm not sure I'm going to be in a rush to return considering the service/kitchen issue.

I had never been here but decided to check out their brand new brunch offerings and holy moly! The food was DELICIOUS. I love the concept of the rotating menu. Service was great and the atmosphere is the perfect combination of upscale and modern. I will definitely be going back for dinner soon.
