      image The customer service is definitely lacking at this location. Personal banker is working by appointment only and there is no option to schedule an appointment online with them. As a business account customer it is hard enough to find time to stop in person to a branch for an account change that will only take a few minutes and its even more difficult when they won’t even assist you. Instead they recommended driving an extra hour out of my way to Norfolk to get assistance.
