I had the most terrible service ever! I had two hours of work done where the dentist would stop working and go wait on another patient which I thought was very unprofessional. They were rough and the dental assistant would struggle to understand that when they were working with water in my mouth and it got in the back of my throat I needed it suctioned more she just didn't do a good job at all felt like I was drowning ended coughing and having them stopping so I can catch my breath it was terrible. Never have I ever had trouble like that at my other dentist, needless to say I had pain for a good week in half from the work done!! Will not go back or recommend this office!! You want to see how a real dentist office runs who cares about patients and makes you feel comfortable no matter what work is being done check Dr.Jones office in Aurora, NE, if they would take my insurance I would of stayed with them its worth the drive!!

I was a new patient and the care was wonderful! Nancy gave me the best cleaning I had ever had.

The way the receptionist and the dentist spoke to me was very unprofessional and they almost didn't see my son because my sister called and stood up for me. Both my children are seeing another dentist. As am I. I'm hearing more and more stories from other parents how unkind they are to childrenand people in general.

I paid them almost $1400 which is what they told me I owe for some work done then a couple months later they sent me a bill for $354 and now I have a toothache and they won't see me unleash I can pay that in full which I can't at the moment so I am going to someone that doesn't even take my insurance. The lady on the phone argued with me and told me my son has an appt but can't see him either unless it's paid and I didn't even make the appt for my son. That just shows that all they care about is money. I use to see weiting and he was great and worked with us for whatever the insulation doest cover bur then retired and the new owners kicked us out because he wouldn't take our insurance or my kids medicaid.
