        It's no surprise that a company employing Crystal Schutte has reviews like this, in my opinion. I personally, am surprised said reviews are even as high as they are. This company is extremely unprofessional to say the least. Crystal herself is very childish, gossipy, impatient and produces low quality customer service, in my opinion. You would never guess that she's nearly 48 years old if it weren't for her grey hair and wrinkles. She certainly doesn't behave at the maturity level in which she physically appears, IMO. She was very rude to a friend of mine during a professional conversation to put it lightly. The owner is also very dismissive of concerns.Oh, Crystal and her husband Phillip also left reviews using their own names in an attempt to counter negative feedback. Talk about the lights not being all on upstairs. If you have the option to go anywhere else but here for medical supply needs, I would highly recommend you do so.
