        We're all ready to go to mom house for Thanksgiving but the car wont start. We called AAA but it would take 3 hrs. We decided to called Five Star Towing. Were expecting to pay a fortune but it was very reasonable. During lunch, we went around the table, and each one say what they are thankful for. My mom was thankful for the Tow Truck driver for keeping our family whole during this Thanksgiving which could be her last. And if you or someone in your company happen to read this, please call me ASAP. My mom has a special plate save for you and your love ones. Happy Thanksgiving Service: Battery service

        Driver Jimmy is a good guy. Broken down with a 40ft gooseneck trailer loaded. If I break down again I will be call these guys. The wait time was not long after getting off the phone with his dispatcher.

        I am being honest with you when I say I am giving this company a good review. I will have to say I did not use them. But it's because of the good service over the phone that they get this high rating. I had a commercial vehicle and needed a large truck. The man on the phone said that it would be several hours before they could get there. And that it would cost hundreds of dollars. They were not in my area at the time. This was extremely helpful for me I would recommend them highly. I have had companies make huge promises about availability and did not come through. I've had companies promise they would be there within an hour and never showed up. I felt this was a good company to deal with and would recommend them highly.

        Outside of winnmucca 6 miles , said could tow us , till tommorow. They are actually out of reno. A-1 was able be there in 30 min. Should not be advertised in area they domt cover
