Hotel Nevada & Gambling Hall

Cute vintage hotel. Rooms are small; but clean, and the bed and pillows are super comfortable! Love the vintage bathtub and fixtures. Especially love how deep the tub is. Most hotels the tub is shallow. This tub was super deep and the water hot! Just what I needed after 8 hours on a motorcycle. Free breakfast at the attached dennys was great too! Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area

This hotel has definitely been updated relatively recently. If you don't mind walking through a smokey casino, this is a wonderful little hotel! Wi-Fi provided. Free Breakfast at the Denny's downstairs, a free beverage at the bar, and an upgraded TV that you can cast to from your phone, just had to update the Wi-Fi password on the t.v. The room is small and quaint. Bathroom sink is a bit tiny, but that is probably the only thing that would be negative about my room. I haven't stayed in Ely before, but the next time I have to, I will go out of my way to book here. (2022) edit to update: not all the rooms have been updated. I've stayed here about four times and I've only had the pictured room once. Still is a neat little hotel though. (2023) Edit to the edit: they're working on updating rooms. They're coming out gorgeous. In two years, I've stayed 6 times, and every room gets better and better. (March 2024)

Uh, smoking. I brought my air purifier that I got for my car since the Great Canadian Wildfire Smog into the room and it was fine. The price was right, and the other aspects of the room were also good. I wasn't originally planning to stay here, but I was caught in the snow without chains...
