I wanted to believe this place is good, but so far it has been a mess. Where do I start? My therapist LoRece continues to cancel my appointments after I have confided to her about my depression. Even though have health insurance and my insurance provider, receptionist etc said it covers the appointment, I still got billed 200 dollars for an appointment I didnt not receive because my therapist keeps canceling my appointments and my insurance is supposed to cover the cost. Talking on the phone and emailing them an associate is like playing telephone. Everyone always says something completely different and nothing is ever set in stone. I also keep receiving emails from Plutus telling me I owe the full amount even tho I have insurance and this is the first place that showed up when I was looking for places that will accept my insurance. I really want to get better but this place just makes it difficult

Jason is truly one of the best Therapists! Hes kind, very patient and respectful. And Jason also brings light to every therapy session that I haven't been able to find with other therapists. I always look forward to my sessions with Jason. I HIGHLY recommend Jason to everyone.
