        This review could be purely based on the service. Now I'm not sure if I was being punked, or that was the genuine disposition of the two young men working tonight, but either way, it rocked. Sarcastic or not, I appreciated the emphatic greeting. The sandwich was ready by the time we arrived, as it was an online order. Super quick and efficient, and cherry, as you would have it. The sandwich though- it's why we go to Potbelly. These guys understood the assignment when it came to the "Lucky 7." Potbelly bread goes without saying, crunchy but still soft and just holds everything in- the best it can. The Lucky 7 should just be called the "Meat Sweats/Food Coma." Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, Mortadella, Capicola, Salami, Pepperoni, Provolone and then add whatever veggies you like, not excluding roasted red peppers, giardiniera, artichokes(!) It's absurd and a full meal for a pair of people. It was great and we will keep coming back.

        Never again. This is the second time Ive ordered delivery and the second time I paid for double cheese only to get NO CHEESE. I hate this place.
