I was referred to flying locksmith because of their professional services!!   Wow what a blessing they are... efficient, reliable, trustworthy, quality work, reasonable prices and great at communicating with what my needs were to repair my lock!  My lock had been badly damaged from another business and Flying Locksmiths saved the day! I contacted this company yesterday to see if they fix commercial doors. The girl I spoke with was very nice and said they did and she could have a tech come to my business at 10am for a $95 trip fee and $95 an hour. I agreed. After she took my info she said the time of arrival could change based on the tech and each location of his route. I understood but did advise my business hours was 9:30am-5pm. She said no problem and they will call me 30 min before the arrival.On Wednesday, I called the company at 11am to see when they may arrive so I can be there with my employee. In case there was any questions. I spoke with Mike and he said he was unsure of arrival time but advised that the tech would be there in plenty of time before we close at 5pm to get work done. Again, he stated the tech will call 30 min prior to arrival. By 3:15pm,I lost faith they were coming. So I called the company again and spoke with Mike. He put me on hold to call the tech Richard who was assigned to my issue to see what's going on. When he got back to me, he said the reason no one came was because they were waiting to speak to me to confirm that their pricing was okay. I stated I already agreed yesterday on the $95 trip fee and $95 per hour. Also stated no one has contacted me all day regarding prices. Even when I called previously. Mike then said price was $95 for the trip and $125 per hour. If I agreed, the tech would come tomorrow. I would never do business with a vompany who doesn't show up,can't communicate correct prices and then tries to raise the price on someone they just no showed. I now wasted an entire day waiting when I could've found another company to correct my door issue.

Nick and his team from Flying Locksmiths are great to work with.  They just completed a small project for us at McCarran Airport - which can be difficult with all of the airport rules and security regulations.  The project was completed without a single issue and on time.  We will most definitely use the Flying Locksmiths again in the future.  Thanks to you Nick and Mike for making this job as painless as possible!
