        Ordered through the app, delivery, and food was delivered to the wrong house. Went to the store myself to get the correct food and was told that theres nothing they can do because it was through the app. So while I reordered my food through the app for pickup and paid for it again because theres nothing they can do I get to hear the workers casually swearing while working. Nothing about this experience was positive. Taco Bell had every opportunity to rectify a bad situation and instead made it worse.
