        Not sure Anytime means what you think it means. All we needed was a new remote. Came out and reprogrammed everything now only the one remote works. TouchPad not working. Scheduled them to come back and they put us off twice. Make sure you have days available.

        Absolutely terrible customer service. I asked to speak with a manager or owner and they said it was too late. The dispatcher accused me of being condescending. She was rude and nasty. I had an appointment from 4pm to 8pm. The call me at 7:30pm and tell me they cannot make it. I am left with a garage door half open. I am absolutely pissed off right now. I asked her aren't they "Anytime Garage Door" ? Apparently that is condescending. She refused to answer my question and was just absolutely rude. What a terrible company leaving their customers in a bind like that.
